Ashur Bank Participated in the Conference on Financing of Small and Medium-Scale Projects in Iraq

Ashur Bank actively participated in a conference addressing the financing needs of small and medium-sized projects. The event, organized by the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ) in cooperation with the Iraqi Private Banks Association (IPBL), took place in Baghdad. Distinguished guests, including the Governor of the Central Bank, Mr. Ali Al-Alaq, as well as senior managers from various banks, attended the conference.

During the conference, Mr. Al-Alaq announced that the Central Bank's lending initiatives have reached $12 billion and that a new lending strategy is planned to be implemented next year. As an active participant, Ashur Bank once again demonstrated its determination to support the private banking needs of Turkish companies by exhibiting its private banking services during the Turkish-Iraqi Trade Delegation and B2B Meetings.

The conference served as a platform for valuable discussions on the importance of financing small and medium-sized projects in increasing employment opportunities and supporting the non-oil economy.

Ashur Bank is committed to providing innovative financial solutions and actively participating in initiatives that support the financing needs of small and medium-sized projects.
